The Sauvignon Blanc is produced with a combination of Karridale Sauvignon blanc and Wallcliffe Semillon, sub regions within Margaret River, this is a simple, fun, unwooded fruit forward style, displaying white floral aromas and lifted musk confectionary notes, the palate is citrus, melon, lychee and lime fruit characters, carried by soft, gentle acidity.
