2017 Borrello Reserve Cabernet

Hand picked premium fruit from the Wilyabrup sub region of Margaret River.

Hand plunged in open fermentres and pressed to new and used French oak barriques and hogsheads. Matured in barrel for 18 months before blending in small additions of Malbec and Petit Verdot, adding layers of complexity.

Elegant yet powerful. Ready to drink now however cellaring will reward you.
